YOUR MISSION:
Execute and contribute to the HR controlling strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Execute and contribute to the HR controlling strategy within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with the Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of the organizational unit(s).
- Deliver comprehensive analyses of HR data, identify trends, and generate HR insights to diagnose business issues, enhance employee engagement, and improve business performance.
- Design and deliver employee compensation structures and benefit programs, providing detailed financial, market, and legal analysis and insights; draft technical design elements and internal management reports.
- Develop and implement employee incentive programs, offering relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights; draft technical design elements and internal management reports.
- Facilitate the annual review process by providing payroll and market pay analyses; draft communications and prepare management decision-making tools.
- Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching; maintain external professional accreditation where relevant.
- Stay informed on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing detailed information on processes and related policies, referring issues for policy interpretation when necessary.
- Perform complex HR data processing tasks, advising colleagues as needed and improving data collection tools and administration processes.
- Support job analysis and job evaluation processes by producing detailed job descriptions, role profiles, and associated scoping data.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
- Proven experience as an HR practitioner with the ability to work independently.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports.
- Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
